Last night at church we watched 3 guys bench press 500lbs, bend a 1/2″ piece in his mouth and then bend it into two circles, exploded hot water bags by simply blowing them up with their mouths, exploded diet sprite cans with their bare hands, bend an aluminum baseball bat, break a wooden bat behind his back, roll up a 1/4″ steel cooking pan, and dead lift a 300lb telephone pole over his head.  It was CRAZY!  This one guy had softball sized muscles on the sides of his shoulders!!  It was the strangest thing I’ve ever seen!

The best part was that all 3 were very good Christian men and their testimonies were outstanding.  They do this all year round, going to different parts of the world performing these crazy strongman feats and then telling people about God.  Such a cool ministry.  If you ever get a chance to see them, I’d suggest going, it’s pretty neat-o!
